Each box is made from 7mm thick cardboard with a double-layered reinforced bottom. Designed to safely carry 20kg of items like books, kitchen items, or clothes. The horizontal design and handles make heavy loads easier to lift and carry.

The box can hold approximately 40-50 books, but we recommend lighter loads (7-10kg) for comfortable lifting. Suited for items like kitchen supplies, clothes, bedding, or a mix of lighter and heavier items. The horizontal design and handles make carrying easier, but comfort matters on moving day.

While the box is designed to safely carry up to 20kg, we recommend keeping loads between 7-10kg for comfortable lifting, especially if you are carrying boxes up stairs or making multiple trips. Pack heavier items like books across multiple boxes mixed with lighter items, rather than filling one box completely with heavy goods. Your back will thank you.

It depends on your home size and how much you own. Here's a general guide:

• Studio/1-bedroom: 15-20 boxes
• 2-bedroom: 30-40 boxes
• 3-bedroom: 40-50 boxes
• 4-bedroom: 60-70 boxes
• 5-bedroom: 80-90 boxes

Most people need more boxes than they think. We recommend ordering slightly more than the guide suggests - you can always reuse extras for storage or your next move.

Most moves require 15-90+ boxes depending on home size. Our 10-box minimum keeps costs down while ensuring you have enough to start packing.

Yes. With reasonable care (keep dry, do not overload), these boxes can be used multiple times. Perfect for your next move, renting to friends, or storage.

Yes. Each box eliminates approximately 2 metres of plastic packing tape waste. The boxes are reusable multiple times and fully recyclable. If Australian movers switched to tapeless boxes, we could save over 40,000 km of tape waste annually.

Fair question. Free boxes seem appealing, but they are often weak, used, or different sizes (awkward to stack). No handles means harder to carry, more trips, and more back strain. They require tape (costs AU$5-20+ for a move) and may have food residue or pests. Our boxes save you time, physical strain, and the tape cost while being reusable.

Report faulty or damaged boxes within 7 days and we will replace them. No refunds for change of mind.
